Do you always feel like you made a regretful decision every time you look at your old photos with your razor thin and almost nonexistent eyebrows? Well, you are not alone. The early 90s and 2000s considered thin arching eyebrows as a huge trend. However, this is no longer the case today. Unfortunately, the trend was one of the main reasons why many ladies are dealing with damaged and ugly eyebrows today. Trying to achieve a natural eyebrow growth can be a big challenge.
The good news is that there are several food items rich in vitamins that you can add to your daily diet to boost the growth of your brows and make them look and feel healthy all over again. The next time you go shopping for your grocery supplies, don’t forget to add the following products to your cart:
Table of Contents:
Egg yolk is known for its protein and keratin content. To use egg yolk for growing your eyebrows, first, break one egg then separate the white part or chalazae from the yolk. Whisk the egg yolk until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Using a Q-tip or cotton ball, apply the egg yolk on your brows. Let the yolk sit on your yolk for about 20 minutes. Rinse your brows with cold water afterwards. It is recommended to use egg yolk for eyebrow growth once to twice a week until you get the results you want.
Milk has high amounts of protein. If you want to use milk to grow your eyebrows, dip a cotton ball into milk then rub this on your brows. Wait until the milk turns hard and use warm water to wash it off. You can use milk once every day until you notice some changes.
Iron and vitamin E are the top two nutrients found in coconut oil that makes it helpful when it comes to natural eyebrow growth. Massage coconut oil in room temperature on your eyebrows for 5 minutes. Let the oil sit in place overnight. Rinse it off the following morning with warm water. Apply coconut oil every day within 2 months or until your desired thickness is achieved.
Onion juice contains sulfur that is found to be effective when it comes to growing healthy brows. Get a small onion then grind this into pieces to extract its juice. You can rub this juice on your brows then massage it gently for 5 minutes. Use cold water and facial cleanser to wash it off completely. Onion juice application should be done once daily for a few weeks.
Folic acid and vitamin B and C can be found in lemon juice. Take one slice of lemon then rub this on your brows. Let the juice sit for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse this off using warm water. It is best to use lemon once daily so you can get the kind of eyebrow growth you desire.
